Along the line of finding the address of Robert DelBianco (PI license number 058439) I got a *most* interesting communication last night.
It might have to do with why the agency "executive director" David L. Brewer "is out of the office" and has been for the last ten days.
Will try to post more about it this evening.
Along another line, it seems that such items as the tape the investigator made have to be preserved for two years. It's in the regulations for PIs. They can't claim the camera had no tape because Robert showed some of it to the police.
Records and Reports
The Registrar, in the public interest, normally requires that an agency licensed under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act maintains the records listed below. All Agencies may not be required to maintain all of the records and reports listed.
The Registrar normally requires that the relevant records be kept for two years beyond the current year. Agencies must also comply with federal and provincial statute requirements regarding retention of records.
