I don't know if I will get a single bit of information back from these interrogatories. But the fact people spend effort to avoid answering them is useful information to the courts.
Next step is the motion. I am limited to 25 pages, though I can attach any number of exhibits.
What I am going to do is ask the court if I can use a CD for the exhibits.
(This last motion ran 9 pages with 82 pages of exhibits.)
Anyway, tentative outline I have been thinking about would be
Is scientology an organization that would influence the courts?
Paulette Cooper story
xxx (please make suggestions)
Tom Klemesrud story
I am thinking of a paragraph each and a pointer into a longer version.
Then with respect to irregularities of the criminal case,
The original arrest
The attempt to entrap on failure to appear and how it went wrong
Guilty sounding county officials
The pressure the judges
recusal of Judge Walker
the entertainment/scientology connections of Judge Wallerstein
motions in limine, totally gagged
the odd events around jury selection
Frank Oliver's exhibits and altering the court record
attempt to get a judge only trial
Hoden's perjury re Godeka
Abelson coaching Schwarz
Wallerstein admitting at end of trial he knew Abelson.
I know I am not doing a good job because it is too late.
