SUPPRESSIVE PERSON DECLARE
CHRIS HARITOU

Chris Haritou, of Scotland, is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.

In July 1982 Chris spread disaffection and entheta about hardworking
and dedicated Sea Oyg members and then blew from the Sea Organization
in violation of HCO PL 7 DEC 1976 LEAVING AND LEAVES.

Subsequent to this, in October 1982, Chris was expelled from the
Church for failing to return to the Sea Org. Prior to his expulsion he
had been given the chance to handle his situation standardly but
instead he wrote an off-policy orders, query of threatening to use
commlines to Scientologists in a senseless effort to disaffect them.
His query wasn't approved and he was justly expelled.

Haritou then got involved in setting up the now defunct East Grinstead
Squirrel group in 1983, together with other declared Suppressive
Persons and squirrels such as Ron Lawley, Steve Bisbey and Morag
Bellmaine.

On the 3rd of Maych 1984 Chris requested and received a Board of
Review which was convened by the Cont Justice Chief UK on his previous
Declare and Expulsion.

This Board of Review upheld Chris' Suppressive Person Declare due to
him blowing staff without completing the staff leaving routing form,
and refusing to return to the Sea Org after he received a direct and
legal order to do so from HCO, for attempting to blackmail HCO with an
illegal orders, query of, and for connecting up with suppressive
persons and squirrels in the East Grinstead field who were involved
with the theft of Church materials.

In May 1986 Haritou requested a Comm-Ev which was granted and
subsequently cancelled his Declare and Expulsion order as the full
extent of his above described squirrel and off-policy actions, that
correctly led to his Declare and Expulsion in 1982, was not fully
taken into account by the Comm-Ev. This action resulted in an
injustice on the group, a fact proven by Chris' own actions in present
time. He is perpetuating his suppressive actions by recently nattering
to another Scientologist and staff member about Scientology auditing,
knowing that this priceless service is the only salvation for mankind.

As Chris has demonstrated by his actions that he has made no ethics
change he is hereby labelled a squirrel and a suppressive person.

He is guilty of the following suppressive acts:

1. INFORMING FELLOW STAFF MEMBERS AND OTHERS THAT ONE IS LEAVING
STAFF. WHERE A PERSON IS SECRETLY PLANNING TO LEAVE AND MAKING PRIVATE
PREPARATIONS TO DO SO WITHOUT INFORMING THE PROPER TERMINALS IN AN ORG
AND DOES LEAVE (BLOW) AND DOES NOT RETURN WITHIN A REASONABLE LENGTH
OF TIME, AN AUTOMATIC DECLARE IS TO BE
ISSUED.

2. BLACKMAIL OF SCIENTOLOGISTS OR SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS THREATENED
OR ACCOMPLISHED - IN WHICH CASE THE CRIME BEING USED FOR BLACKMAIL
PURPOSES BECOMES FULLY OUTSIDE THE REACH OF ETHICS AND IS ABSOLVED BY
THE FACT OF BLACKMAIL UNLESS REPEATED.

3. INTENTIONAL AND UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION OF LRH TECHNOLOGY, POLICY,
ISSUES OR CHECKSHEETS.

4. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE 10 POINTS OF KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY
WORKING.

Any Certificates and Awards that may have been awarded to him are
hereby cancelled. Any trademark license that he may have signed with
the Church is also cancelled and he has no rights to use any of the
marks in any manner whatsoever.

Should he come to his senses and recant, his only recourse is steps A
to E per HCO PL 23 DEC 65RB, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF
SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS. His only Scientology terminal is the
International Justice Chief, via the Continental Justice Chief.
