Thank you. Your answer really helped. Now I have something else. Everything I read has been fine but I am having a little problem with the God being the son and the lover of the Goddess. It maybe just the fact of the way I have been raised but it just is a little hard to deal with. Everything else I have read has made me feel like, well....whole. I can relate to it but this is strange to me.

Well, it is a little complicated if you think of it in "human life" terms, but in Spirit, it's a little different. I believe that "God" has no gender. It's sort of God/Goddess in my thinking. If you construe it as God loving the Goddess in itself, then it's a little clearer. It has nothing to do with sex, it has to do with LOVE. Like loving the part of you that's masculine as well as femanine. Ying/Yang...the balance that's in us all. You don't have to "go by the book" so to speak. You can believe anything you feel comfortable with. If you're not comfortable with the God/Goddess thing, then it's no big deal. As long as you recognize that there is a "higher power". You can call it anything you wish. There are no absolutes...no set names...no complete ways to worship. It's all in your heart..in your soul..in your spirit. If your intent is honorable, harmeless to others and honest, then you can't go wrong, no matter what you believe. Just know that "Spirit", "God", "God/Goddess", etc. resides in us all. It's what makes us good people. It's what gives us morals and scruples. It's what gives us hope of a life after death(or life). There has to be a "maker" of this Universe...it didn't just happen. Can you imagine the knowledge of that entity??? He/she deserves our respect and love for all that's been given to us. We have the freedom and power to make changes in this world. Use that wisdom wisely, and you'll never go wrong. Take care and Blessed Be...Stargazer
