   The 241-174 roll call Thursday by which the House passed a bill
making it a federal crime to block access to abortion clinics.

   A "yes" vote is a vote to make it a crime to block access.
   Voting yes were 200 Democrats, 40 Republicans and one independent.
   Voting no were 43 Democrats and 131 Republicans.
